ARRIVAL TIME
In order to have the best experience, I invite clients to arrive no sooner than 5 minutes for their nail appointments. As a courtesy to all my clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to, and treatments begun later than 10 minutes will be shortened in consideration of the next client.

WAITING AREA

There is a waiting area inside the salon, so please make yourself comfortable.

NO CHILDREN POLICY
Due to safety considerations and limited space, children are not permitted in the salon.

PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay for your treatments using cash or bank transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A booking fee of £15 will be charged to secure your appointments and this will be deducted from the total of your treatment(s). I invite clients to transfer the booking fee within 24 hours of their enquiry.

If any changes or cancellations need to be made, you will need to give a notice of at least 48 hours. Your booking fee can be transferred onto another date while rescheduling.

In the case of a short notice cancellation including no-shows (less than 24 hours of your appointment time) the £15 booking fee is non-refundable. I allow for a 15 minute lateness window before the appointment is altogether cancelled.

NAIL AFTERCARE SERVICE
In the event you chip your nails within three days after  gel polish was applied, please report this with a photo to hellobeautiful.contact@gmail.com and we will discuss your free nail repair on the affected nails as soon as possible. For nail enhancements, the free nail repair applies within 5 days of your original appointment.
